The time has finally come! Our opening date is on the mind and we've been speaking with prospective employees. We're so lucky to already have a handful of applications and it is clear we will have an amazing team. What we need now to balance out our day time crew with one other individual who is willing and able to work every third weekend at The Bighorn.
What will this look like? Every third weekend, you will join us and work Friday Night Flights (which will be a very fun evening), followed by a Saturday shift that could entail working a private event and/or working regularly scheduled hours in the shop/bar. You will be assisting the customers who come in to shop retail, and also those who stop in to drink a beverage at the bar.
We are currently hoping to open in August - September. There are many unknowns regarding the exact timeline right now, but as we get closer that will become more evident and all employees will be given advanced noticed.
Once our full team is assembled we will have regular gatherings to taste and discuss many liquids to ensure that everyone is confident in recommending wine and beer to all of our future customers.
